About

Mediation Services provides a neutral, confidential space where people in conflict can be heard and work toward solutions that make sense for them, rather than solutions imposed by a court.

Every session is guided with patience, discretion, and a focus on practical outcomes. The goal is always the same: help both sides reach an agreement they can live with, as efficiently as possible.

Allison is based in Utah, where she's licensed to practice law and court-rostered as a mediator. Family, divorce, and custody mediation are handled for Utah-based clients. Business, contract, and workplace mediation, which don't depend on a specific state's court process, are available virtually to clients nationwide.
